Transportation

The Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre is easily accessible by tram, train, taxi or car.

Trams

There are two tram stops outside the Melbourne Convention Centre and one stop at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Tram routes that travel past the Melbourne Exhibition Centre are:

Route 96 (St Kilda to East Brunswick) - travels through the city via Bourke Street

Route 109 (Port Melbourne to Box Hill) - travels through the city via Collins Street

Route 112 (West Preston to St Kilda) - travels along Clarendon Street in South Melbourne and travels through the city via Collins Street

Trains

Spencer and Flinders Street stations are a short stroll from the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Taxis

Taxi ranks are located at both the Melbourne Exhibition Centre and the Melbourne Convention Centre as well as all major hotels, Crown Entertainment Complex and Spencer and Flinders Street stations.

Skybus

Parking

The superb location of the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre means it is easily accessed by the city"s roadways and freeways. The City Link connects the centre with the airport in just 20 minutes. The centre is also serviced by six parking areas suitable for public, exhibitor and bus parking with additional parking available within walking distance of the centre.

1060 undercover parking spaces managed by Wilson Parking Entrance off Normanby Road Open 24 hours, 7 days a week Early bird $10 (in by 10am, out by 6am next day) Maximum fee $25 (all day) Weekend $10 per 24 hours (between 6am Saturday until 6am Monday)

Freeway Carpark

800 parking spaces Entrance off Munro Street Open 24 hours as required Pay and display machines are used in this carpark Minimum charge $2.20, 12 hours $4, 18 hours $5

River Carpark

450 parking spaces Entrance off Lorimer Street Open 24 hours as required Pay and display machines are used in this carpark Minimum charge $2.50, 8 hours $7

Bus Carpark

120 parking spaces Located at the west end of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre Open only as required Flat fee $7

Gravel Carpark

200 parking spaces Located at the north/west corner of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre lawn Flat fee $7
