Everything You Need to Know About Attending
The China Clothing Textiles and Accessories Expo is a Trade Only Event.
Access is restricted to people involved in the clothing, textiles, fashion, homewares and footwear industries.
Upon entry you may be required to present business identification (such as a business card, letterhead, payslip or documentation containing the business’s ABN) and a form of personal identification (e.g. driving licence).
Those not involved in a relevant industry will not be admitted. Selling or promotion of products/services to exhibitors is not permitted. No photography or sketching permitted. Students will not be registered (see below). Visitors failing to abide may be asked to leave the venue.

- manufacturers

- entrepreneurs

- industry associations
- merchandisers

- government and trade bodies

The Organiser reserves the right at their discretion to deny or withdraw access to non-approved persons.

On Wednesday 5 June, all pre-registered visitors will receive an email containing a unique QR code. On arrival at ICC Sydney simply scan your QR code to receive your name tag giving you access to the China Clothing Textiles and Accessories Expo AND the co-located Global Sourcing Expo.
Registering after Wednesday 5 June? Your QR code will be emailed on Tuesday 11 June.
It is free to attend the expo. Please check ‘Who can attend’ to find out if you’re eligible to attend.
This is strictly a Trade Only expo, therefore all visitors must fulfil the criteria outlined in ‘Who can attend?’.
Exceptions will be made for carers (e.g. those who have young children or care for adults with special needs).
Students enrolled in fashion, textiles, footwear studies at a tertiary level may attend the expo. Students should not register.
Course Administrators must apply in writing to the Organiser prior to the event in order to bring class groups. Please email info@chinatextiles.com.au. Include the following information:
- Name of education institution
- Name of course
- Name(s) of course administrators
- First and last names of students attending
Student badges are issued from the Visitor Registration desk.
Yes, you are welcome to register on arrival. Our friendly team will be on stand by to assist you. To save you time however, we recommend pre-registering. Registration for the 2024 Sydney event opens in March. Email info@chinatextiles.com.au to ensure you are notified as soon as registrations open.

Child minding facilities are not available. Children must be under adult supervision at all time.
ICC Sydney has accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found on level 2 of the exhibition centre.
International visitors are welcome to attend but should ensure that they are pre-registered and have relevant supporting business credentials with them at all times during the show. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or withdraw entry at any time and will not be held liable for any matters relating to visas, expenses incurred or travel arrangements.

Remember that if you need to make an application ensure you do so well in advance as there is usually a processing period involved.
The Organiser does not provide assistance with visa applications for international visitors to the Show.
