Yes, every trade visitor must register to attend.  Online registration opens approximately three months before the expo. Registration also available on arrival.

A week prior to the expo, all pre-registered visitors will receive an email containing a unique QR code. On arrival at ICC Sydney simply scan your QR code to receive your name tag giving you access to the China Clothing Textiles and Accessories Expo AND the co-located Global Sourcing Expo.

It is free to attend the expo and your pass can be used on multiple days. Please check ‘Who can attend’ to find out if you’re eligible to attend.

This is strictly a Trade Only expo, therefore all visitors must fulfil the criteria outlined in ‘Who can attend?’.

Exceptions will be made for carers (e.g. those who have young children or care for adults with special needs).

Students enrolled in fashion, textiles, footwear studies at a tertiary level may attend the expo. Students should not register.

Course Administrators must apply in writing to the Organiser prior to the event in order to bring class groups. Please email info@chinatextiles.com.au. Include the following information:

• Name of education institution
• Name of course
• Name(s) of course administrators
• First and last names of students attending

Student badges are issued from the Visitor Registration desk.

Yes, you are welcome to register on arrival. Our friendly team will be on stand by to assist you. To save you time however, we recommend registering online.

The China Clothing Textiles & Accessories Expo showcases the best China has to offer from mature and emerging markets across all manufacturing regions. Product categories include apparel (men’s, women’s and kids’), accessories, footwear, fabric, home textiles and homewares.

Your registration also gives you seamless access to the adjoining Global Sourcing Expo where you will discover more manufacturers and suppliers from 20+ other countries around the world.

ICC Sydney is a purpose-built accessible venue designed to provide safe, equitable and inclusive event experiences for everyone. Across the Convention, Exhibition, and Entertainment spaces, you’ll find integrated accessibility features, adaptive technologies and dedicated inclusive facilities, including prayer rooms, parents and carers rooms, quiet rooms, and all-gender inclusive amenities. Child minding facilities are not available. Children must be under adult supervision at all time.

ICC Sydney has accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found on level 2 of the exhibition centre.

International visitors are welcome to attend but should ensure that they are pre-registered and have relevant supporting business credentials with them at all times during the show. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or withdraw entry at any time and will not be held liable for any matters relating to visas, expenses incurred or travel arrangements.

Most international visitors to Australia will require a visa to enter the country. For Government details on visas visit the Department of Home Affairs website.

Remember that if you need to make an application ensure you do so well in advance as there is usually a processing period involved.

The Organiser does not provide assistance (letters of support, for example) with visa applications.
